This practice isn't about doing a fancy dance (although this is welcome if you feel like it!) it's about dancing with whatever is authentically present. No dancing experience is needed, come as you are, everyone is welcome :)

Pre-booking is required
Doors open 10.20am
Class starts 10.30am to 12pm
Please wear comfortable clothing (indoor shoes or barefoot, no socks, to prevent slipping) and bring a water bottle, no perfume please.
